12 LIVE functional training (3 times a week)
A series of resistant exercises that will work your whole body by engaging multiple muscles with an emphasis on strengthening your core and stability to help you to move better and perform your daily activities more easily.
4 LIVE HIIT (once a week)
(High- intensity interval workout)-in less than 30 minutes of intense exercise (no
equipment needed) you will burn more fat during and after your workout. HIIT training helps speed your metabolism and continues to burn fat even hours later after you are done working out.
4 LIVE YOGA* (once a week)
Run by a wonderful yoga instructor Marzena Bard.

Private group access on Facebook to motivate each other with a great community.

Need to work on your form and would like to feel more comfortable with your exercise? Train with me 1 on 1, either online or in my small studio. Remember that having the correct form is key for best results.
Yoga lessons will only take place if the course is attended by at least 10 people.

Frequently asked questions.
1. Do I need any equipment?
Not necessarily. You can use water bottle in place of weights if they’re needed.
2. How OFTEN ARE THE FACEBOOK LIVES?
We train 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Trainings are live on a private Facebook group. Times will vary but should always be between 5-7pm.
3. CAN I do my Training LATER IF I CAN'T BE LIVE?
Yes of course! Many people do this for various reasons, e.g. work, children, different time zone. All live workouts will be recorded and available on the Facebook group in the MOVIES tab.
4. How long are the workouts
- Resistance training workouts are usually about 1 hour long including warm-ups and stretching.
- HIIT is about 30 minutes
- Yoga sessions are 1 hour.
5. What if I don't have a facebook account?
I do private live sessions on Facebook only as it’s the easiest for me and my clients to use. If you don’t have a Facebook account you can always create one and just use it for the live sessions.
