Magda varies my routine so I do not get bored, and also monitors my undertakings so that I do not hurt myself. I had the opportunity to try an aquatic workout, where she gave me a water workout using weights, which was an interesting and new approach to training. Her positive attitude and friendly personality make me look forward to working out, and even though I coached for over 25 years, I am learning a great deal about how to maintain a strong physical body at any age.
We also talk about nutrition, especially Polish food, since we share the common nationality. Her input about what types of foods to eat, and how to eat to improve muscle and tone has been very helpful, and results are evident. I highly recommend training with Magda, as she will design and create an individual workout that will meet any type of fitness goal.
