Personal training is an individual meeting with me in a small studio at my home.
Personal training in my studio is good for you if:
- If you feel intimidated by large crowds or you simply feel uncomfortable working out at the gym then training with me is an excellent option for you. You will learn how to exercise properly and you will feel comfortable during the whole session thanks to the private space of my studio, a park, or your own house away from crowds and curious glances.
- If you feel scared you may hurt yourself due to not knowing how to perform certain exercises in a safe and effective manner. I will be guiding you every step of the way, teaching you how to do each exercise with the correct form and get you to your goals injury-free.
As a professional Trainer I will focus 100% on you and your needs

1. Can you come to my place for training?
Of course I can but I will charge additional fees for traveling.
2. Do I need any equipment at my place?
No, you don’t. If you choose to work with me at your place I will bring all the equipment needed: Bosu Ball, TRX Suspension Straps, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine balls, exercise mat, etc.
3. Can I, as a beginner, feel comfortable during your session?
Yes. My workout programs are designed for all fitness levels. I always focus on your personal needs. If you have any injuries or discomfort during exercise I will still help you get stronger safely.
